Rodney Anderson founded Anderson Excavating in 2002 during a time when he predicted enormous opportunity was rooted in the development of the Marcellus and Utica shale plays in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. At that time, he and his team decided to focus on the earth-moving and site development sector of the industry. Dedicated to being the most reliable, experienced and the hardest working on the ground, Anderson Excavating, LLC was born. Years later, Anderson Excavating has grown into one of the region’s most trusted and reliable contractors with ever-expanding capabilities to provide quality services to industry partners in mining, utility, general construction, highway and the environmental sectors.
